Married with two children and six grandchildren, Howard W. Chaney, a native of Southerrn California, began painting, drawing and sketching at a young age. After finishing art school, he worked for many years as a commercial artist. Always looking for the humor in everyday life, Howard was reading the story of David in the Old Testament one day and created "Plan B" as a commentary of what might have happened if the little soldier boy David missed hitting Goliath with the rock!
