Overseer David L. Adkins Sr. is the current pastor and founder of Strong Tower Pentecostal Ministries, Inc. in the state of Connecticut. He has been converted since 1984, in the month of April. He has been studying the church function as well as Christianity along with the word of God for 21 years, and it's out of this extensive walk with Christ that this material was manifested. He is currently studying to secure a Masters of Divinity Degree trough Bibleway Christian Institute; he also is studying numerous other studies to establish state certification, through substance abuse, to assist in combating the onslaught through the spirit of substance abuse.
